ABOUT THE CLIENT

Firmly rooted in Luxembourg and the Greater Region, LuxairGroup encompasses four aeronautical activities. Luxair Luxembourg Airlines, which is best known to the public, is Luxembourg’s national airline, offering regular air connections to the major European cities, business centres and international hubs, and caters for both business and leisure passengers.

THE CONTEXT

With a need for clearer communication, greater cohesion and the avoidance of silo-based working, the Luxembourg airline company has been feeling the need to improve its internal communication for some years now. In its quest for better information and improved collaboration between staff, the airline chose MindForest to help it revitalise its internal communications.

MINDFOREST'S MISSION

MindForest was asked to support the project in terms of communication in order to :

 

Identify

areas for improvement and weaknesses in the current communication system

Define

a communications strategy

Improve

existing channels and propose new media adapted to the company's situation

Facilitation and workshops to gather feedback

Implementation of a communications strategy, and close collaboration with the communications department

Creation of a network of ambassadors to act as relays in the field, taking the temperature and ensuring that messages are well received.
