Senior Change Manager
What You’ll Achieve
- Put people at the center: Support HR teams in aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
- Empower transformations: Help organizations translate HR data into meaningful action, improving employee experience, engagement, and performance.
- Bridge the gap between data and people: Use data analytics to support HR teams in making informed, strategic decisions.
- Consult with purpose: Lead or co-facilitate client missions, combining your expertise in HR processes with data insights to co-create relevant, human-centered solutions.
- Build confidence in digital HR tools: Support clients in adopting and optimizing data-driven HR platforms and methodologies.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of change management strategies across various industries. Your role will require you to:
- Lead change initiatives: Advise and guide clients through complex change processes, including organizational transformation, digital transformation, and process reengineering. Ensure that change initiatives are effectively integrated into the organization.
- Project Management: Take ownership of managing and delivering change projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Act as a trusted advisor and partner in navigating organizational challenges and facilitating smooth transitions.
- Change leadership: Design and facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions to help clients understand and embrace change. Provide leadership and coaching to clients and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to co-create innovative solutions that address clients’ needs and challenges. Share knowledge and contribute to the growth of MindForest’s methodologies and service offerings.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the ongoing development of our change management frameworks, ensuring that they stay relevant and impactful in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
About you
Education & Experience:
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–10 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or project management within a consulting or corporate environment.
Key skills:
- Strong expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, Kotter, ADKAR, etc.) and the ability to tailor these methodologies to meet the needs of diverse clients.
- Proven ability to design and lead complex change initiatives with measurable results.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage people at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on pragmatic, actionable solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications:
- Professional certifications in change management (e.g., PROSCI, ICF, etc.) are strongly preferred. Additional certifications are a plus.
Languages:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in French and/or German is an asset.
