The change curve revisited
How do you represent and concretise change, which is by definition an abstract and impalpable notion?
When change occurs in an organisation, it is however necessary to make things tangible, to visualise it, so that employees can relate to it.
Touch of Content has tried to revisit the classic change curve and proposes a different way of symbolising this process, using the metaphor of a cube.

This metaphor of the cube as a representation of change has made it possible to represent, by analogy, other typical blocking situations that can lead to the failure of a change management project.
Because through the projects that MindForest has been able to accompany during its existence, these typical blocking situations have all been experienced and mastered by our teams.
