Objectives
This certified training course is designed to help senior managers understand and anticipate future potential developments in their business environment and with regard to their own role in their companies. The carefully selected modules encourage the participants to put their contexts into perspective and thus gain a greater awareness of future potential social challenges (globalisation, digitalisation, the Y generation, religious practices…) and transpose their implications into a corporate management context. This diploma encourages participants to think about future markets and to devise change strategies to ensure the long-term future success of their organisations.

Additional Information
Course organisation and professionalization
The total duration of the course is 112 hours in the form of two days of training per month or 16 days of training (two days per month over an eight-month period).
Each course is limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
Entrance requirements
The course is open to any head of a company, senior manager, manager or project manager, who wishes to develop the necessary competencies and understanding to lead transformational change in a corporate context.

The IAE in Metz – University of Lorraine
The IAE in Metz is part of the University of Lorraine. It is a member of the IAE France network, which includes 32 university management schools. It offers a wide range of certified diplomas leading to high-level professional qualifications in business management science (15 masters, 3 BA’s and several diplomas). It is primarily mandated to teach university students from the first level of undergraduate studies on, but many post graduates also attend to obtain a greater insight into management skills.
