A public organisation in Luxembourg contacted MindForest in order to redefine the ambition of one of its departments, to ensure collaborative work and to allocate its resources while accompanying its employees in this organisational transformation.
MindForest assisted the client in developing a more collaborative approach in a hybrid environment. Some of the working conditions imposed due to the pandemic had positive feedback from their teams. This is the reason why the client decided to implement New Ways of Working.
MindForest has been supporting the client for 2 years in the design and production of a collection of thematic practical guides, in 24 illustrated pages and infographics, outlining information on a strategic, technical or legal subject, intended for business leaders.
MindForest supported the client in a professional and personal development campaign for its management teams, as part of the consolidation of the career plan aimed at promoting people internally, encouraging skills upgrading and internal mobility for key positions and, more globally, structuring their approach to talent management.
MindForest accompanied the CNS in the run-up to the move to ensure the adoption of the new collaborative spaces and to gather feedback for the future move of all departments to the Cité de la sécurité sociale in 2023. This building, in Luxembourg City, will bring together all the social security authorities and departments of the CNS. The CNS wishes to convert its new premises into collaborative spaces with open offices for 4 to 8 people.
MindForest is accompanying Cebi during this transition period to ensure the seamless adoption of the new software at all 11 sites and to provide change management support during the roll-out period.
