MindForest and Sophie Zhuang are delighted to invite you to the webinar in English, which will take place on 11th November 2020 from 12:00-13:00 online!
In times of unpredictability and increasing insecurity, it becomes vital to adapt to ever changing circumstances. Here a flexible and centred mind helps.
Regular mind-based practices offer an effective way to develop inner centring and clarity; a compass navigating us through the winds of change without loosing track.
Join us for the upcoming webinar where MindForest and Sophie Zuang invite you to explore mind training practices for times of change and why this is also useful in business.
Furthermore, this webinar will introduce you to the basics of meditation and is a great opportunity to exchange in a relaxed atmosphere.
