[06/02/20] BrainBreakfast : Mastering Change through Mind-based Practices
Mastering Change through Mind-based Practices
MindForest is delighted to invite you to its BrainBreakfast in English, which will take place on 6th February 2020 from 08:00-10:00 at the MindForest Lounge, located at 11, rue Ste-Zithe, L-2763 Luxembourg.
In times of unpredictability and increasing insecurity, it becomes vital to adapt to ever changing circumstances. Here a flexible and centred mind helps.
Regular mind-based practices offer an effective way to develop inner centring and clarity; a compass navigating us through the winds of change without loosing track.
Join us for the upcoming BrainBreakfast where MindForest and Sophie Zuang invite you to explore mind training practices for times of change and why this is useful also in business.
Further, this BrainBreakfast will also introduce you to the basics of meditation and is a great opportunity to exchange in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere.
About Sophie Zuang:
Holding a degree in business administration as well as a diploma in change management, Sophie worked for several years (1996-2000) in the online media industry, before deciding to broaden her view.
Sophie travelled from 2001 onwards to the Indian Himalayas, where she became involved in ancient yogic and meditation traditions.
In 2002 Sophie founded Friends of Panchachuli e.V. supporting the women empowerment project in the Indian Himalayas named “Panchachuli women weavers of Kumaon“.
Since 2008 Sophie has been an active Vajrayana meditation practitioner and has led Freigeist.in conducting meditation retreats in Europe, India and Nepal as well as guiding people through mind based awareness training and inner transition processes.
Today, Sophie Zuang is also council board member of CELL the official organisational hub of the transition movement in Luxembourg.
The mind-based training Sophie teaches is rooted in Buddhist philosophy taught in an accessible and understandable way for modern life.
Please note, that this BrainBreakfast will take place in English, however questions can be taken in all four languages (EN, FR, DE, LU).
