- Highly developed relational and communication skills; proven team spirit; excellent personal organization;
- Strong capacity of analysis and synthesis;
- Fluency in Luxembourgish, strong command of both written and spoken German and French.
- A good level of written and spoken English constitutes an advantage.
Your main missions will be: - To manage, coordinate and motivate teams
- To prepare and participate in operational meetings (technical committees, steering committee, etc.)
- To plan team activities, assignment of tasks etc.
- To ensure follow-up procedures, report on all team activities and escalate situations whenever necessary
- To perform quality controls including the respect of deadlines
- To check the adherence to standards, procedures and recommendations
- To recommend improvements to the service or organization
- To provide risk analyses and quality coaching to the projects’ management team;
- To take an active part in the set-up and the mentoring of the community of project managers and project leaders/program managers, including capitalization of practices to improve processes and tools;
- To assume responsibility for those data administration tasks necessary for regular reporting to the boards.
